Signature Healthcare's Radiology Department was recently awarded the prestigious designation of Breast Center of Excellence, by the American College of Radiology’s Commission on Quality and Safety, and the Commission on Breast Imaging; achieving the highest level of imaging quality and radiation safety. 

To achieve this recognition, the department must go through three separate accreditation processes in Digital Mammography, Stereotactic Breast biopsy and Breast Ultrasound.  Signature Healthcare's personnel qualifications, equipment requirements, quality assurance, and quality control procedures have gone through a rigorous review process and met specific qualifications.
